Purpose of the Role

As the Corporate Communications Lead , you will play a pivotal role in building and protecting the company’s reputation, fostering trust, and ensuring clear, consistent communication across internal and external audiences.

You’ll design and execute strategic communications initiatives that strengthen brand equity, engage employees, and uphold the organization’s standing as a trusted healthcare partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and strengthen the company’s corporate identity and reputation at the market level, ensuring alignment with its overall brand and purpose.

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, employees, clients, media, and key industry associations.

  • Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities for thought leadership — such as media engagements, award submissions, and speaking opportunities.

  • Oversee the creation of consistent and compelling corporate materials (brochures, newsletters, factsheets, etc.) for stakeholder engagement.

  • Drive internal communications and employee engagement initiatives that reinforce organizational culture and values.

  • Support leadership forums and employee engagement channels (e.g., town halls, surveys, internal campaigns).

  • Serve as a key liaison in crisis communications, ensuring clear coordination between global and local teams.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Business, Marketing, or Management.

  • At least 8 years of communications experience, ideally across corporate or marketing communications.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Prior exposure to external communications or PR agencies.

  • Familiarity with crisis communications or issues management.
