Job Responsibilities
Support senior leadership in strategy formulation and initiative implementation
Plan and facilitate strategic retreats, Town Halls, and Dialogue Sessions, ensuring follow-through on key outcomes
Conceptualise and link ideas, people, and resources to help departments realise their vision
Provide secretariat support for management and committee meetings
Coordinate hospital-level events
Plan and manage departmental budgets, and logistics
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
At least 6 years’ experience in strategy, planning, or corporate administration (healthcare experience a plus).
Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.
Collaborative, proactive, meticulous and organised; able to work alongside senior leadership and with colleagues from different departments.
Proficient in Microsoft applications and video conferencing and webinar software such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
