Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and coordinate the team to achieve timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Client & Compliance Oversight : Perform first-level checks on deliverables for accuracy and statutory compliance.
- Operational Excellence : Lead team operations with a focus on resolving challenges effectively and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Coaching & Staff Development : Mentor team members through on-the-job coaching and informal training, along with structured feedback sessions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Compliance, Accounting, Tax, and Support teams for smooth handling of client matters.
- Client Engagement : Manage professional client communications and high-level document preparation.
Requirements
Who you are:
- 4 – 6 years of experience in corporate secretarial operations, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, corporate governance, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, manage clients confidently, and organize team deliverables.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in using digital platforms and tools essential to the role.
