Job Description
Treasury Advisory & Support
- Provide strategic guidance on funding approaches for regional initiatives and day-to-day operations.
- Enhance working capital efficiency and cash flow forecasting.
- Develop repatriation plans that align with business objectives.
- Advise joint ventures to ensure financial alignment and robust governance.
M&A and Asset Transactions
- Collaborate with Business Development and M&A teams to support acquisitions and divestitures.
- Offer insights on valuation, cash flow movements, and tax considerations.
- Analyze deal structures and identify opportunities for asset optimization.
Risk & Compliance
- Uphold compliance with internal treasury policies and external financial regulations.
- Identify and manage risks associated with funding, asset transactions, and joint ventures.
- Work closely with legal, tax, and risk teams to ensure comprehensive oversight and risk mitigation.
The Successful Applicant
- Solid understanding of treasury operations and project financing, with the ability to evaluate financial alternatives using economic principles and analytical tools.
- Skilled at navigating complex and ambiguous situations, synthesizing diverse information, and proposing creative, risk-aware solutions that balance stakeholder interests.
- A proactive team player who builds strong relationships across functions and geographies to drive outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead Treasury workstreams within cross-functional teams.
