- Care Services:
- Assess and address risks in cases through integrated information.
- Use professional tools and templates for case assessment and planning.
- Represent the centre in advocacy efforts, promoting equal opportunities through collaborative practice with community partners.
- Community Work and Group Services:
- Contribute to client/community assessments, group/community work processes, and specialized intervention strategies.
- Operational Management Skills (Operational Processes, Policies and Protocols):
- Support senior professionals in implementing operational protocols, processes, and policies.
- Undertake additional duties assigned by the head of service.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in social work or postgraduate diploma from an accredited institution.
- Inclination towards research and planning is advantageous.
- Core competencies include relational skills, ability to understand client groups, manage risk and protective factors, demonstrate reflective practice, engage stakeholders, and apply professional ethics.
