Course Consultant (Sales)
to join our dynamic team.

As a Course Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth by engaging both individual learners and corporate clients.

While this role involves selling to both B2C and B2B audiences, we are especially looking for someone with a strong background in B2B sales.


Cultivate and nurture leads generated through our digital marketing efforts.


Engage with potential learners to understand their career aspirations, educational backgrounds, and learning needs.


Actively identify and approach corporate clients to promote our training solutions.


Build and maintain long-term relationships with both individual learners and corporate clients, understanding their ongoing educational needs.


Recommend suitable courses to prospective learners and corporate clients based on their individual or organizational requirements.


Develop and execute strategies to grow our corporate client base, leveraging your B2B experience to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.


Provide feedback to the marketing and product team based on insights from interactions with prospects and corporate partners.


Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and promotional campaigns.


Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management, encompassing both B2C and B2B sales goals.


Stay updated with the latest trends in the tech industry and how they intersect with education, including both individual upskilling and corporate training.


Requirements
Possess at least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, with a strong background in B2B sales.


Proven track record of achieving sales quotas, including success in both individual and corporate sales.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both individual learners and corporate stakeholders.


A passion for education and the impact it has on both personal and organizational growth.


A self-starter with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.


Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.


Ability to develop and maintain relationships with diverse client profiles, including both B2C and B2B segments.
