Creative Designer (Part-Time Contract)

About the Role
The Global Centre for Green Fuels (GCGF) is a Singapore-based not-for-profit think tank dedicated to advancing the role of biofuels in Asia’s energy transition.
We are seeking a Creative Designer to support our communications, publications, and digital outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update GCGF’s website (Wix/WordPress), ensuring design consistency and accessibility.
- Support presentation design and layout for internal and external engagements.
- Design digital assets for LinkedIn, newsletters, digital campaigns, and events.
- Layout content for publications, reports, briefings in line with GCGF’s brand identity.
- Develop clear, data-driven visuals and infographics to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- (Nice to have) Experience in video editing or creating short explainer clips.
Requirements
- Experience in graphic design and publication layout.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or equivalent.
- Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides/Keynote).
- Hands-on experience with Wix website updates (essential).
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of layout, typography, and aesthetics.
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines.
- (Nice to have) Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Engagement Details
- Role type: Part-time contract (initial 6-month term, renewable & extendable).
- Commitment: ~3 days/week (flexible).
- Salary Range (monthly): SGD 2,500 – 3,000
