Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall creative strategy for events, from initial ideation through execution.
- Ensure creative concepts are aligned with client objectives, audience profiles, and brand values.
Concept Development
- Lead brainstorming and pitch development, crafting compelling narratives and visual storytelling.
- Translate briefs into creative proposals, mood boards, decks, and experience journeys.
- Oversee and inspire designers, creative directors, writers, multimedia specialists, and freelancers.
- Mentor and manage creative staff to ensure high standards and innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with events, technical team, and clients to ensure seamless integration of creative and production elements.
- Represent the creative voice in client meetings and presentations.
Brand Experience & Innovation
- Ensure that all event touchpoints—from staging and signage to content and interactivity—deliver an immersive, cohesive brand experience.
- Stay on top of trends in design, technology, and experiential marketing.
Quality Control & Creative Integrity
- Approve all major creative deliverables and ensure execution matches creative vision.
- Balance creativity with feasibility, timelines, and budget constraints.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Extensive Industry Experience : Minimum 8–10 years in senior creative leadership roles within events, experiential marketing, or brand experience.
- Proven Track Record : Successful leadership of large-scale, high-profile, or global event campaigns from concept to execution.
- Creative Portfolio : Strong body of work showcasing storytelling, staging, branding, and audience engagement across live, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Leadership & Mentorship : Experience managing and inspiring multidisciplinary teams of designers, copywriters, editors, and freelancers.
- Strategic Thinking : Ability to translate client briefs into original concepts aligned with business objectives and brand narratives.
- Client Engagement : Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to pitch ideas persuasively and adapt based on feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Skilled in working with producers, technical teams, marketers, and client services to integrate creative and production needs.
- Creative Quality Assurance : Strong eye for detail and accountability for ensuring all deliverables meet brand and creative excellence standards.
- Technical & Digital Expertise : Familiarity with event production, AV technologies, immersive platforms (AR/VR, projection mapping), and budget-conscious ideation.
- Tool Proficiency & Commercial Awareness : Advanced use of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote/PowerPoint, and collaboration tools; balances bold creativity with business goals, ROI, and client timelines.
