We're at an exciting stage of growth and looking for a Creative Strategist who can take full ownership of content production across our client portfolio — from concept to completion.
This role is ideal for someone who wants responsibility, visibility, and a clear path to leadership in a growing agency.
Role Overview
You'll research, plan, and execute content campaigns (organic and paid), write scripts, prepare assets, supervise shoots, manage revisions.
You'll act as the creative engine between our account managers and production team, and work closely with our videographers and editors to bring ideas to life.
Job Description
Content Strategy & Ideation:
- Research client industries, audiences, and competitors to develop content creation and ad strategies.
- Build content calendars and manage deadlines independently.
- Generate concepts for videos, carousels, social posts, and ad creatives.
Creative Development & Execution:
- Write scripts, captions, and ad copy for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, IG Reels and more.
- Organise shoot plans, storyboards, and shot lists with the videographer.
- Attend and direct shoots to ensure all planned assets are captured.
Project Ownership:
- Manage the full workflow: briefing, scripting, production prep, post-production follow-up, revisions, and final delivery.
- Coordinate with editors/designers to ensure assets match the brief and brand guidelines.
- Only hand off projects once fully completed and client-ready.
Client & Team Communication:
- Act as the creative point person between the account manager, production team, and the client.
- Liaise directly with clients on deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure smooth execution.
- Potential to grow into a hybrid strategist/account manager role over time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Mass Communications or related field (required).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in content strategy, social media, or creative production (agency experience preferred).
- Able to script, plan, and supervise shoots yourself (not just delegate).
- Strong understanding of social platforms, performance marketing and audience behaviour.
- Can handle multiple clients and deadlines without hand-holding.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling and concept development skills.
- Confident, proactive, and collaborative, comfortable working directly with clients, videographers, and internal teams.
Bonus: Familiarity with ad campaign setup, basic editing (Premiere, CapCut), photography or production management.
