Job Description
The Creator Incubation Team is a dedicated unit within TikTok Shop focused on identifying, nurturing, and empowering content creators to thrive within the TikTok e-commerce ecosystem.
To bridge creators and commerce , the team builds sustainable, long-term partnerships that drive authentic content and boost sales through TikTok Shop.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025*.
Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities
- Livestream Support: Provide onsite assistance for livestream sessions, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting technical issues in real-time.
- Creator Onboarding & Incubation: Assist in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing new creators, helping them build their livestreaming presence and drive e-commerce success.
- Campaign Execution: Support in planning and executing promotional livestream campaigns, working closely with creators and brands to optimize engagement and sales.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key livestream and creator performance metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
- Training & Development: Help provide insights, guidance, and best practices to new creators, ensuring they maximize their impact on TikTok Shop.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (., marketing, operations, and partnerships) to execute strategic initiatives and improve livestream effectiveness.
- Industry Research: Stay updated on competitor strategies, market trends, and best practices in the livestream and influencer marketing space.
Minimum Qualification(s) - Relevant major from university or past experience related to marketing, business, communications or a related field
- Strong interest in livestreaming, creator development, and e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with talents and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of social media trends, analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
- Willingness to work onsite during livestream sessions Preferred Qualification(s) - Prior experience in content creation, talent management, or live streaming is a plus.
