As a Credit Controller (Healthcare Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Keep the billing system current and accurate
- Prepare and distribute invoices to clients
- Track, collect, and apply incoming payments
- Perform billing, collections, and reporting tasks within set timelines
- Review customer accounts for missed, late, or unusual payments
- Investigate and resolve any payment issues or discrepancies
- Create and implement a debt recovery process
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, mail, or in person
- Support the closing of monthly financial records
- Compile financial reports and conduct analyses for Management, Board, and staff presentations upon request
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
