As a seasoned professional in CRM campaign operations, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end CRM campaigns to drive user retention and engagement.

Your key responsibilities will include lifecycle messaging journeys, CRM performance improvement, and cross-functional team collaboration.

  • Cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Content, Growth Marketing teams for seamless campaign execution is essential.

  • Audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and setup of customer lifecycle campaigns using CRM, marketing automation tools, and multiple messaging channels are critical skills.

  • Platform issue troubleshooting, data integrations management, and CRM roadmap shaping in collaboration with IT teams require strong technical expertise.

  • Data integrity and compliance with regional privacy regulations within all CRM campaign operations must be upheld.

To succeed in this role, you will need 4+ years of relevant experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, or lifecycle campaigns management roles.

Demonstrated experience with CRMs like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is highly desirable.
