Job Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy Development & Execution:
- Propose and to manage loyalty programs that reward customers for repeat purchases, referrals, or engagement with the brand.
- Assist in design and implement strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value (CLV).
This includes segmenting customers based on behavior, preferences, and purchasing history.
- Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
Customer Data Management & Segmentation:
- Analyze customer data to generate insights and identify high-value segments for personalized marketing and targeted clienteling strategies.
Reporting & Insights
- Provide reports on client behavior, sales contribution, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights to inform future CRM initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
Campaign & Event Management
- Plan and execute CRM-driven marketing campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail).
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to align messaging and timely execution.
- Track performance metrics like open rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Coordinate client engagement initiatives, including exclusive events (e.g., product launches, private previews), managing guest lists, RSVPs, and post-event follow-ups.
Brand Communication:
- Support the team in participating in any Public Relations events related to promoting the company's brand.
- Identify and manage external partners to maximize brand exposure e.g. events, livestreaming, managing KOLs.
Requirements:
- Relevant certificate in Business or marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in branding and marketing.
Proven track records in executing successful CRM campaigns and customer retention program.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent writing abilities and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work independently under tight deadlines
