We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
CRM System Analyst
to support the configuration, management, and optimisation of
CRM
and related technologies.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri
Working Location: Jurong West
Salary Package: Up to $7,000 (basic)
Job Type: Contract (Renewable)
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration & Management : Maintain and customise in-house CRM systems
CRM & Tech Support : Provide support for CRM and related systems—configuration, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
Data Management : Handle data imports/exports, cleansing, and integration with existing systems
Reporting & Analytics : Build queries, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPIs and support decision‐making.
Communications & Events : Manage multi‐channel communications, design personalised templates, and support event messaging/scheduling.
User Support & Collaboration : Translate user needs into technical solutions, provide training/documentation, troubleshoot issues, and act as the main contact with Technolutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of
HTML, CSS, relational databases , or interest in learning.
Strong problem‐solving skills, proactive mindset, and excellent communication & teamwork abilities.
