Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise civil and structural works at the site to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues.
- Review structural and architectural drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets regulatory and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, local authorities' requirements, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist in managing permits, inspections, and documentation for civil/structural works.
- Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in C&S coordination in construction projects.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to interpret engineering and structural drawings.
- Familiarity with site safety protocols and coordination of site activities.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (or other CAD software).
