Culinary Team Member Job Description
Our ideal candidate is a motivated individual with experience in food preparation and service.
This role involves working as part of a kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of dishes according to standard procedures, recipe cards and instructions.
- Cooking and Presentation: Prepare and cook food in all areas of the kitchen as directed, ensuring consistent standards and presentations.
- Food Quality Control: Check the quality of food prepared, regarding taste and temperature, according to company standards.
- Stock and Quality Coordination: Coordinate food production, stock and quality, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
- Kitchen Organization: Ensure station organization for timely meal delivery and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in food preparation and service.
- Possession of a Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Motivated team player with good communication skills.
