Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of the S4K curriculum.
Provide in-house teacher training both local and overseas (upon request)

Programme Development
- Support the head of the curriculum to plan the S4K curriculum based on the latest MOE guidelines, international best practices and S4K's USP.
- Assist in core curriculum content writing for the early years i.e. Infant, Playgroup, Pre-Nursery.
- Upgrade and fine-tune curriculum upon feedback.
- Fine-tune and modify curriculum for overseas use where appropriate.
- Assist in the development and production of curriculum materials, including content and artwork.
- Assist in planning, developing and updating the curriculum manuals periodically.
- Support research and ad hoc projects when applicable.

Training and Operational Support
- Conduct in-house teacher training both locally and overseas.
- Supervise and train respective appointed coordinators in the centres on curriculum content in the early years program.
- Support centres' programme implementation.
- Assist in a half-yearly report on the evaluation of programme implementation.
- Visit centres periodically and provide reports on curriculum implementation.
- Provide recommendations on improvement in teaching, resources and setting up learning corners.
3.
SPARK Accreditation Complement Support
- Provide complementary support to direct centres in preparation for the early years of SPARK accreditation.
- Work with respective appointed coordinators in the centres to identify centres' needs in fulfilling professional requirements for early years SPARK accreditation.

Secure System (SS) and Skool4Kidz Digital Skool (SDS) Support
B CHALLENGES AHEAD
- Prepare all existing centres for early years SPARK accreditation.
This is a major undertaking which requires the efforts and support of every staff in every centre.
- Ensure staff are well trained in delivering the curriculum to the children.
- Assign SDS bulk users at the end of each year.
