Job Description:
Milestone Programme Ownership:
- Coordinate scheduling, enrolment, vendor engagement, and logistics
- Ensure programmes align with competency schemas and organisational goals.
- Oversee programme tracking in and maintain accurate dashboards.
Quality & Outcomes Management:
- Monitor learner satisfaction, capability outcomes, and attendance.
- Identify gaps or risks and propose corrective measures.
- Maintain records for audit and reporting
Cross-Programme Support:
- Provide delivery and logistics support to other DA offerings when milestone programmes allow.
- Share lessons learned and improvements across the portfolio.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with SMEs, vendors, and practice leads for contextualisation and sequencing.
- Ensure communication with participants and senior sponsors is timely and clear.
Requirements:
Must-Have Profile
- Proven track record managing large-scale milestone or flagship programmes (≥200 participants each).
- Strong project management and operations background.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with Singapore public-sector or GovTech learning frameworks.
- Ability to build course architecture and course content
- Vendor and logistics management experience.
Skills Required:
Tools: , LMS (Moodle/Totara), MS Office, basic analytics (PowerBI/Tableau).
