Responsibilities
- Support Customer Support Manager and Business Development Directors on account matters
- Manage aftersales processes including sales quotations, follow-ups, and routine reporting (e.g., Customer Status, Monthly Sales)
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally; ensure timely resolution with all stakeholders
- Maintain positive client relationships through regular communication
- Coordinate internally on job inductions, closures, and ad-hoc reporting
- Oversee shipping, invoicing, and logistics coordination
- Maintain accurate sales and customer data in ERP systems
- Liaise with OEM HQ on warranty claims, spares, agreements, and reporting
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events
- Ensure compliance with export controls, ethics, and internal policies
- Participate in 24/7 AOG hotline (rotation basis)
- Occasional travel required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Support Experience
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus
- Advanced MS Office experience, SAP experience
