Customer Care Specialist (Part Time)



Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver a positive and courteous customer experience at fuel kiosk counters
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment, including: clearing rubbish, sweeping and mopping, cleaning fuel dispensers, cleaning of oil spills, etc
  • Replace receipt rolls on fuel dispensers as needed
  • Assist with traffic control during peak hours to ensure smooth vehicle flow
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Promptly report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and incidents to the Operations Supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O/N Level or equivalent secondary education
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including midnight shifts
  • Flexibility to be deployed across different fuel kiosk locations when necessary
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to commit to a long-term part-time contract
  • Availability to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (according to the roster schedule)
