Job Responsibilities:
Handle all customer requests for modifications, repairs, and maintenance.
Provide professional and suitable repair recommendations, including any additional necessary work.
Manage all documentation related to costing, claims, and vehicle history.
Assist customers during vehicle check-in.
Foster good customer relations and ensure satisfaction with all services and inquiries.
Prepare repair quotations and cost estimates.
Request spare part costs from the Supplies & Logistics department.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
Attend to walk-in customers.
Perform administrative tasks, including cash collection when necessary.
Prepare sales and order closing reports.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Assist in service recovery during customer complaints when needed.
Maintain a warm and friendly relationship with customers.
Consistently uphold the company’s customer service standards.
Help compile reports for fleet customers.
Job Requirements:
Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology
At least 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
Good communication skills
Able to work independently with minimal guidance
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
