Customer Care Specialist - Valves Job Opening In Singapore, Singapore – Now Hiring Baker Hughes


Job description

include practicing formal order / project management methodologies, developing robust order / project plans with cross-functional teams, leading order / project meetings, managing risks, and coordinating multiple departments such as Engineering, Procurement, and Finance.

  • Working closely work with commercial functions to support preparation of proposals for customer to win the orders / projects.

    Build solutions to meet customer specifications including technical, commercial, and delivery requirements.

  • Monitoring financial and operational performance against plans, managing budgets and costs, negotiating change orders to optimize margins, and ensuring timely identification of margin variances to implement mitigation plans.

  • Ensuring on-time delivery percentage, sales margin, customer feedback scores, and project closeouts.

    The “Customer Care Specialist” is expected to utilize systems such as SAP, Microsoft Project and Alfresco to support order / project execution and documentation.

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and major Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
  • Have a minimum of 10 years related experience in a similar position and organization, preferably control valves experience or oil and gas industry, power plant or chemical industry
  • Have previous experience in order fulfillment
  • Have previous experience being in a customer facing role
