Job title: Customer Engineer (Japanese speaking)
Salary Range: 2,400 - 3,400 SGD
Our client is a leading Japanese MNC company that specializes in the supply of tools and equipment and they are currently looking for a Customer Engineer (Japanese speaking).
Responsibilities
- Communicate with HQ in Japan
- Carry out machine installation
- Carry out preventive maintenance and implementation of machine improvement
- Handle machine-related issues and troubleshooting

Requirements & Preferences
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or similar
- 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer within the Semiconductor/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering industry
- Inexperienced candidates with a strong interest in Service Engineer and Semiconductor are welcome!
- Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) to liaise with English and Japanese-speaking stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of CAD Drawing and basic programming
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel around Singapore to the customer's site
- Willing to work on shift work (On a rotational basis)
