Customer Engineer / Service Technician #78384 Job Opening In Singapore, Singapore – Now Hiring ANRADUS PTE. LTD.

Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Printing
  • Position Title: Customer Engineer / Production Print Service
  • Working Location: Central
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Allowance + Incentive + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair large‑volume production print equipment at client locations within the assigned territory using diagnostic tools and manuals.

  • Ensure high client satisfaction by meeting needs courteously, promptly, and cost‑effectively.

  • Manage accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; take part in physical inventory and periodic stock checks.

  • Meet set metrics and benchmarks; follow procedures and expectations in the Field Service Manual.

  • Complete technical training for new equipment as assigned.

  • Keep technical knowledge current and continually expand expertise on new technology and equipment.

  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and follow service procedures, including time entry, dispatch, and closing of service calls.

  • Attend required company and departmental meetings.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • NITEC/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Experience servicing or maintaining office equipment/production printers.

  • Possess own transport.

  • Able to travel between client sites.
