The Job
You will manage public feedback and enquiries received through official channels such as emails, online forms, and phone calls.
The role also involves tracking case progress to meet service standards and assisting in data collation and analysis for reporting purposes.
* Review and assess feedback/enquiries from public channels
* Provide first interim replies to acknowledge receipt
* Liaise with internal divisions and external agencies to resolve issues
* Use approved templates and guidance for drafting responses
* Monitor case progress to meet service standards
* Collate and analyze data for reporting
The Talent
* Prior customer service experience preferred
* Experience in public sector or government agencies is an advantage
* Resourceful, meticulous, and collaborative
* Strong writing and communication skills
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Analytical and logical thinking skills
* Independent, proactive, and committed to service excellence
