Overview

MCG Talent are on the lookout for a Customer Lifecycle Manager to elevate our client's digital product across Asia.

This role focuses on creating data-driven customer journeys, analysing campaign performance, and collaborating cross-functionally across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize automated customer journeys (e.g., onboarding, engagement, retention, cross-sell, reactivation) across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels.

  • Leverage a leading marketing automation platform to deliver scalable, event-driven, personalized communications.

  • Collaborate with Product and Platform teams to define key customer data events (e.g., sign-up, activity milestones, inactivity, location-based triggers, or tier upgrades).

  • Build audience segments based on demographics, product usage, user behavior, and other relevant criteria.

  • Design and execute A/B tests, analyze performance against control groups, and iterate to improve campaign outcomes.

  • Deliver monthly dashboards with actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, Product Development, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and timely campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing for digital products (B2B2C preferred).

  • Hands-on expertise with a leading marketing automation platform, including journey orchestration, automation workflows, segmentation, dynamic content, and reporting.

  • Proven track record of driving customer behavior change through data-driven, event-based campaigns and A/B testing.

  • Strong understanding of product integrations (e.g., CDP, APIs, ETL processes, webhooks) and ability to work with technical teams.

  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) with advanced personalization.
