Role information
- We’re creating a small pool we can call on to prep and install hardware at merchant sites, maintaining high standards in all interactions, and driving customer satisfaction and NPS up up up.
- Team: Customer Ops
- Location: Singapore, in-person
- Working hours: Part-time (contract); ~20 hrs/week (varies by season); mostly office hours.
- Pay: $15–20/hour (based on experience & reliability)
What you’ll do
- Follow checklists to prepare and install hardware in Atlas office > then install/deliver to restaurants: Install printers, tablets, stands, kiosks, payment terminals, etc.
- Arrange the cables neatly, label the devices, run basic tests, capture photos, and get sign-offs from the onboarding team.
- Do a light back-office setup when needed (create brands, outlets, menus) for your favourite restaurants in Atlas.
- Report issues fast; escalate when something blocks progress, track stock + place new re-stock orders, etc.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Hands-on and detail-obsessed; follow checklists precisely.
- Proven experience dealing with customers.
- Tech-savvy: pairing Bluetooth/Wi-Fi devices, scanning QR codes, basic network settings.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Speaks and writes clearly and articulately.
- Comfortable working on-site in restaurants and lifting/positioning devices/stands.
- Ability to handle ambiguity.
- Lives in Singapore and has a valid working pass.
- Bonus: Proven track record in operations or customer-facing roles, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
