Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for B2B or B2C clients in the fresh food sector.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to coordinate deliveries and manage inventory effectively.
- Develop and implement operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of operational experience in the fresh food industry, with a strong understanding of supply chain and customer service dynamics.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and resolving operational issues.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
