- Follow up customer technical enquiries and respond on time.
- Receive product specific requirement from customer and implement with the team.
- First layer escalation point for product quality dispositions
- Respond to all customer quality escalations within time frame.
- Handling customer and 3rd Party audits
- Product test reports for customer
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
- Monitoring of customer quality complaints
- Improvement evaluations team member
- Work together with customer and internal team for continuous improvements
- Quality team member and involve in assigned internal audits
- Quality Team member and required to back up other quality functions such as calibration, supplier audit , internal audit , QMS.
Required Qualifications:
Degree / Diploma in chemical / mechanical / relevant field.
Min 2 years work experience in Quality Assurance
customer quality experience / knowledge in electroplating / work experience in electroplating will be added advantage
