Liaise with Workshop to get an accurate vehicle diagnosis and provide professional advice for appropriate repairs servicing or technical assistance.
Coordinate with relevant parties such that the repair or service is done according to the customer's needs and in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
Keep customers updated and follow up with the progress of the work.
Assist in the daily operation of the reception.
Track backorder parts arrival status to follow up with the customer to fix a workshop appointment for the installation.
Manage customer expectations and keep customer complaint ratio at the minimum by providing the utmost urgency and attention to every customer feedback.
To meet after-sales target as set by principal/ company.
Actively promote and upsell after-sales parts, accessories, packages (service and extended warranty) and etc.
to increase the after-sales revenue.
Monitor, track, and close any outstanding and WIP repair orders, purchase orders, and after-sales related documents on a timeline basis.
Upkeep tidiness & cleanliness of the desk/ work area.
Any ad hoc tasks assigned by Service Manager
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Class 3 driving license
Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant customer service industry, preferably working with EV Vehicle portfolios.
Proactive and independent with a positive attitude.
Working Location: Paya Lebar (Shell)
