Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers upon entrance Acting as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information Understanding customer’s needs and directing them to sales consultant or service advisor Answer the phone and make appointments, take and distribute messages or mail, and redirect calls Generate showroom reports and maintain leads database Provide support to marketing activities and events Ensure the showroom is in pristine condition Any other tasks assigned by the superior Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution Requirements:
Preferably with at least NITEC in Service Skills or relevant discipline At least 2 years of experience as a concierge or customer service ambassador Candidates with Automotive industry experience is preferred
