DB Golf Center is looking for a Customer Service / Admin Assistant to join our Team
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to ensure smooth scheduling, outstanding customer service, and efficient management of administrative tasks in an Indoor Golfing Facility.
Alternate shifts on weekdays and weekends, with 2 days off per week.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide administrative support to the team and director by handling special requests, projects, or urgent tasks as needed.
Coordinate and manage lesson bookings, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling for coaches and customers.
Maintain accurate records of lesson schedules, customer interactions, and operational data.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and promote loyalty.
Support the smooth running of the indoor golf center, including equipment management and resource allocation.
Ensure all areas of the facility are clean, organized, and fully operational
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Empathy, patience, problem-solving abilities
Customer-centric mindset
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Ability to adapt and handle ad hoc tasks with flexibility and efficiency.
Added Value:
Marketing knowledge with marketing principles to assist with promotions and customer engagement.
Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is an asset for supporting Chinese-speaking customers
Familiarity and interest in Golf
