Join Our Growing Team as a Full-Time Customer Service Associate!


Multiple locations across Singapore, new branches opening!


It's an exciting time at Write Edge as we expand further, and we're looking for driven, resourceful individuals with warm personalities to join our Customer Relations and Operations team.

Your role will be key in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent service across our centres.


What You’ll Do: -Attend to walk-in customers and handle phone/email inquiries.

  • -Provide professional course consultations and top-notch customer service to prospective students and parents.
  • -Proactively build and maintain relationships with students and parents, ensuring prompt follow-up and closure for all inquiries.
  • -Support the teaching team with deployment, timetabling, and relief teaching coordination.
  • -Assist with administrative duties, including preparing invoices and handling day-to-day operations.
  • -Ensure the safety and appropriate behavior of students at the centre.


    What We’re Looking For: Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Office.


    Multitasker: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to change with ease.


    Problem-Solver: Quick-thinking, meticulous, and detail-oriented.


    Great Communicator: Strong verbal and written English proficiency with excellent interpersonal skills.


    Professional: Represent Write Edge with professionalism in both attire and speech.


    Team Player: Accountable, responsible, and able to collaborate effectively with the team.


    Additional Requirements: -At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

  • -Leadership qualities and project management experience (an advantage).


    Location(s): Across branches in Singapore.
