Customer Service Associate


We are seeking for aspiring Customer Service Associate to join our talented team.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate strong passion to deliver timely support to customers and ensuring smooth order fulfilment processes.


What you will be doing:



  • Process quotations, purchase orders and sales orders

  • Manage Customer Consignment Programs

  • Responsible for On-time deliveries for both Internal Customers (Engineers) & External Customers.

    Work closely with customers, vendors and engineers to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customers’ requirements

  • Maintain stocks inventory & manage stocks movement.


  • Update Customer Price Books

  • Maintain an effective filing system of documentations

  • Attending to enquiries from customers and business partners

  • Build and maintain a good customer relationship

  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements



  • Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent with at least 2 years of related experience

  • Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application

  • Knowledge of Japanese will be an advantage as this role requires regular communication with our headquarter and factories in Japan

  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills

  • A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Required to be on Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby
