Looking for 2 customer care officers Supporting Live Chat/ WA enquiries
Location: Geylang Bahru
Duration: asap -1 year contract (Renewable)
Working hours: Mon - Fri + Alt Sat
- Mon - Fri (8am -5pm/8.30am-5.30pm/9am - 6pm/ 10am - 7pm)
- Alt Saturday ( 8am - 12pm/ 8.30am pm/ 9am - 1pm)
Salary: $ up to 3 months bonus
Job Scope
- Manage customer enquiries through webforms and chat platforms, handling multiple chats simultaneously
- Provide timely solutions to meet KPIs
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries (high consumption, billing, account opening/termination, bill adjustments)
- Manage payment arrangements including dunning blocks, instalment plans, and payment deferments
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec
- 1 year relevant customer service experience with chat support
- Good communication skills
