Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services & Enquiry Handling : Answer inbound calls from guests in a professional and timely manner, Resolve customer enquiries related to orders, feedback, or promotions efficiently, Guide customers through our online ordering platforms.
- Order Logging & System Use : Use Linux-based tools (e.g., PuTTY) and internal software to track and manage guest interactions, Enter orders and guest feedback accurately into the system.
- Data Entry & Reporting : Perform basic data entry in Microsoft Excel for logs, checklists, and daily operations, Assist in maintaining accurate guest records and operational trackers.
- Interdepartmental Coordination : Provide clear, updated information on products, menu items, and promotions to guests, Liaise with relevant teams to escalate unresolved issues where necessary.
- Refund & Shift Operations : Submit and log customer refunds as per guidelines, Support shift-based administrative tasks as assigned.
