Job Description
Overview
- Flexi shift hours (min 4hrs/day).
- Initial 3-6 months in office (adjustable based on progress).
- WFH possible later (after systems & workflow familiarity).
- Max 35hrs/week (per FHR guidelines).
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services & Enquiry Handling
- Answer inbound calls from guests in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer enquiries related to orders, feedback, or promotions efficiently
- Guide customers through our online ordering platforms
- Order Logging & System Use
- Use Linux-based tools (e.g., PuTTY) and internal software to track and manage guest interactions
- Enter orders and guest feedback accurately into the system
- Data Entry & Reporting
- Perform basic data entry in Microsoft Excel for logs, checklists, and daily operations
- Assist in maintaining accurate guest records and operational trackers
- Interdepartmental Coordination
- Provide clear, updated information on products, menu items, and promotions to guests
- Liaise with relevant teams to escalate unresolved issues where necessary
- Refund & Shift Operations
- Submit and log customer refunds as per guidelines
- Support shift-based administrative tasks as assigned
