Job Scope:
- Day-to-day Customer Support on enquiries, order status, deliveries and discrepancies.
- Prepare quotation, invoice, Packing list, PO, DO.
- Prepare and handle shipping documents for import & export.
- New vendor / customer creation process (SSAQ/bank info).
- Ensure accurate and timely order entries.
- Check through order details before passing to the warehouse for processing to minimize returns/delays.
- Monitor and ensure on-time delivery by transporters based on agreed schedules.
- Handle delivery operation escalations.
- Manage returns by completing documentation for credit notes release.
- Oversee invoicing processes, including invoice upload, empties invoicing, and E-commerce billing.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of completed deliveries for audit purposes.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Min 2 years' of related work experience is preferred
- 5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 9am-6.30pm)
- Location: Clarke Quay
- Salary: Up to $3800
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
