Job description

Summary:

  • Basic up to $2,600
  • Company Transport Provided

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support via phone and email
  • Prepare shipping documents, import/export documentation, and invoices according to SOP
  • Monitor shipments to ensure clearance and timely delivery
  • Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to fulfill orders
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
  • Ensure KPIs are achieved for all incoming and outgoing activities
  • Support general workplace housekeeping and safety standards
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level, with at least 1 year of relevant office experience preferred
  • Prior B2B customer service or logistics support experience will be an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
