    - Coordinate cross-border transportation (Thailand and neighboring countries such as Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, etc.) from origin to destination.
    (ประสานงานการขนส่งสินค้าข้ามแดน (ไทย–ประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน เช่น ลาว กัมพูชา เมียนมา เวียดนาม ฯลฯ) ตั้งแต่ต้นทางจนถึงปลายทาง)
    - Communicate and coordinate with customers, overseas branches, partners, and operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.

    - Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers.

    - Prepare and verify logistics documents, including shipping documents, invoices, customs clearance documents, billing papers, etc.

  • Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
    - At least 1–3 years of working experience in Customer Service, Cross-Border Transport, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.
    - Knowledge of customs procedures and cross-border transportation regulations is an advantage.
