Responsibilities
Ensure and monitor daily job dispatches to drivers
Manage daily pickup allocations to drivers
Process orders, requests, and resolve shipment issues
Liaise with internal stakeholders on seller/buyer issues
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure excellent service
Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries regarding missing or late deliveries
Answer inquiries and tickets within specified timelines
Verify proof of delivery according to SOP
Create reports and insights for the Operational Excellence Team
Assist the Operational Return Team with ad hoc duties
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of customer service support experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Patience and conflict resolution skills
High responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience supporting delivery-related inquiries is preferred
