To assist the Senior Manager in the implementation of Customer Service ADMIN Tasks and Duties: Tenants & Subscribers Support
Responsibilities
- Receive and attend to Customer’s Enquiry, Feedback and Complaints.
Analyze the Requests / Complaints, Channel to Relevant Staffs for Follow-up Action, and ensure all CASES are Attended to Promptly.
- Monitor and prepare reports on Customer Survey, and Customer Service Programs in the ERP / CRM Systems.
- Organization of Company’s Functions and Community Activities as Assigned By Superiors
- Preparation, Explanation, Negotiation of Our Company’s Security Technologies Services Agreement Contracts, Rates Reduction, Termination Notice, including Dismantling, Compensation.
- Managing Tenants of Multi-Tenanted Buildings including incoming and outgoing Tenants, Promotion of Our Service to the Tenants.
- Digital Marketing Service Support for Company’s Website, Platform to Existing Subscribers and Business Associates.
- Follow Up Customers’, Subscribers’ & Tenants Attendance from Website – ADMIN WORK
Qualifications
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Good Communication and Telephone Technique
- Good Interpersonal, Writing, Analytical & Negotiation Skills
