Key Responsibility :
- Lead and supervise a customer service team to fulfill customer orders.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone for documentation, administration, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments.
- Meet KPIs for all inbound and outbound activities.
- Process customer invoices promptly and accurately.
- Prepare reports and data analysis using Microsoft Office.
- Promote workplace safety, well-being, and compliance within the team.
- Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements and corrective actions.
- Ensure quality standards are met and resolve issues quickly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and familiar with WMS systems.
