Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
- Handle escalation and provide appropriate solutions within the company`s guideline
- Validation of Business Programs, Orders and Contracts.
Request will be via Email - Review of agreement & Orders, ensuring all legal requirement are met
- Ensure regular update to customer's Queries and solve within stipulated timeline
- Training will be provided
- Follow Japan Public Holiday Calendar
Requirement:
- Diploma in any field
- JLPT N2 or N1 (Need to communicate with Japanese stakeholders)
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Problem-solving skill and attentive to details
- Team player and able to work independently
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Able to perform overtime
- Able to speak English
