Urgent! Customer Service Executive Job Opening In Central Singapore Community Development Council – Now Hiring Kanry Search



Job description

  • MNC in Industrial Equipment Industry
  • Central area (walking distance from MRT)
  • Basic up $3300 + Bonus + Transport allowance + 14 days AL
  • Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
  • 1-2 Saturdays per month (rotate within teams with extra allowance provided)
  • Benefits: Medical, including Dental, specialist, health screening
  • 1 year contract renewable/ convertible to permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage a high volume of sales quotations and orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing, including correction of item or part number discrepancies.

  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Handle customer claims related to shipment delays, product defects, pricing errors, and other issues with a solutions-focused approach.

  • Work closely with both internal teams and external partners to address and resolve order-related issues, including coordinating lead time adjustments with suppliers.

  • Actively promote the use of the company's online platform to customers for a more seamless ordering experience.
