Responsibilities
Prepare and process import/export shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, permits, and customs declarations
Ensure accuracy and compliance of documents with international trade regulations, shipping instructions, and client requirements
Liaise with customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs officials to coordinate shipment status
Provide timely updates to clients on cargo movement, delays, or documentation issues
Resolve customer inquiries professionally, ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction
Maintain proper filing, record keeping, and reporting of all import/export transactions
Support the operations team in tracking shipments and handling exceptions or discrepancies
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics documentation
Knowledge of customs procedures, HS codes, and Incoterms is advantageous
