Responsibilities:**
- Handle high volume of calls, online platforms, and social media enquiries.
- Respond to queries, complaints, and feedback; ensure timely resolution.
- Schedule customer appointments and manage daily orders.
- Provide service via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams for resolution.
- Coordinate with labs, shops, and vendors for stock, lenses, and deliveries.
- Ensure accurate sales tally, reporting, and order processing.
- Ensure parcels are packed nicely and arrange for delivery vendor pick-up.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service and communication roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Call centerexperiences will be preferred, with ability tomulti-task to handle calls, email, live chat and WhatsApp concurrently.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
