The Customer Service Executive assists the production unit in receiving and processing day-to-day customer orders.
He/She provides related administration support to ensure the smooth fulfilment of sales orders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the complete process of sales order fulfilment among suppliers, forwarders and customers
Prepare delivery orders and invoices
Track and ensure timeliness of order fulfilment
Attend to customer sales enquiries, feedbacks and complaints
Perform administration tasks including, but not limited to, data entry, updating and filing of relevant documents
Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification
Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience in the food manufacturing/service industry
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to handle work independently and be self-motivated
Workplace at Chin Bee, West side
5.5 days work week
