We are expanding our business and looking for experienced personnel in the beauty industry to join us.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
Meet and greet walk-in customers
Assist customers in filling up forms/documents
Reach out to customers to schedule appointments and send appointment reminders
Front desk duties including receptionist and cashiering
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Handle all new and/or existing customers' appointment booking
Handle monetary receipts and payment
Assist all customers' enquiries, including email replies
Assist the outlet manager with individual commission calculations
Cold calling
Data entry
Manage the outlet POS System for all transactions
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Candidates with relevant experience will be advantageous
Accountable for sales, managing customers' feedback
Provide training to operating staff/beauticians
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin, prefer spoken and written
