Jobs Responsibilities:
- Attend to and manage enquiries in person/over the counter, and kiosk.
- Handle general enquiries, manage complaints and feedback.
- Routing resolve concern, and escalate cases if required
- Ensure seamless experience, and other ad-hoc as required
Requirements:
- Singaporean Only
- Minimum O/A/H.Nitec/Diploma in any field or its equivalent
